Where can I find my policy documents and certificate of insurance?
If you opened an account when you purchased BEAM Car Insurance, log in to find your documents and check your details.
Or if your policy has a Customer ID on the purchase confirmation email or letter, you can create an account using the policy number.
If you don't have a Customer ID, then depending on your chosen preference the documents were either sent by email or posted to the address you specified when you bought the policy,
If you can't see the email, check it's not in your junk folder.

Where can I find proof of my no claims discount?
You can find no claims discount details on page 3 of your renewal invitation. It's also on your cancellation letter if you've already cancelled your policy. Please allow up to 7 working days for your cancellation letter to arrive.
We can't send any proof of your no claims discount until after your policy has ended.
I've renewed my policy but haven't received confirmation. Am I covered to drive?
If you chose to receive your policy documents online, an email confirmation will be with you within 24 hours. If you told us to send your documents by post, they should arrive within 7 working days.
If you still haven't received an email or the documents in the post, call us on 0330 041 3685 and we'll confirm if you're covered.
I want to cancel my policy and I pay monthly. What do I do?
As payments are made in arrears, the final instalment is usually due the day before your policy ends. It's best to wait for this to be collected before you cancel any Direct Debit. If you have cancelled this before the last payment has been taken, call our instalments team on 0330 041 3690.
How do I stop the automatic renewal of my BEAM car insurance policy?
Fill in the cancel automatic renewal form to opt out. Or call us on 0330 041 3685. After you've done this, we'll still let you know when your policy is due for renewal and what your renewal quote is.
Having your policy set to renew automatically gives you peace of mind that your cover will continue uninterrupted and you'll never miss your renewal date.
If you still decide to opt out of renewing automatically, your policy will end on your renewal date and your cover will stop unless you contact us to renew and make payment.
Don't forget, it's a legal requirement to have motor insurance unless your car has been registered as off the road.
What happens to any AA breakdown cover if I don't renew or cancel my BEAM car insurance?
Any AA breakdown optional extras you took out when you bought your BEAM car insurance will be cancelled if you stop your policy. Any AA breakdown cover you took out separately to your BEAM car insurance won't be affected.
